About Us
We are planners, builders and makers who believe a home project goes best when it is thought through properly before work begins.
We started with a pencil, not a hammer
Plan Home Build began with a simple idea. Too many renovations go wrong because the planning is rushed. Walls come down before anyone has agreed on the layout, materials are ordered before the budget is clear, and homeowners are left making big decisions in a hurry.
So we flipped the order. Every project starts at the kitchen table, with questions, sketches and samples. Only when you are happy with the plan, the price and the schedule do our crews pick up their tools.
Today we help homeowners in and around Cincinnati with everything from a single bathroom to a full home upgrade, and the pencil still comes out first.
